It is actually a Brand New learning method developed by the founder particularly for language training. 3i actually comes from 2 words. The first 2 i(s) represent a Japanese word, iki-iki (     ), which means “Lively” in English and the last i means interactive. In other words, it is a “Lively Interactive Learning” course. 

 

Interactive training method is essential in language classes in order to get the participants to fully involve in the class activities and encourage practice through Q&A, role play etc. However, the concept of “Lively” is exclusively developed by incorporating motivational training concept and method into the class, so that the participant are motivated to learn and the whole learning process becomes very lively. The reason is we apply motivational training technique, where the participants are motivated to peak state so that their mind can absorb faster and more. Besides, the knowledge they learn can sustain longer. 

 

Another important point is that it is a Learning Focus Technology. We encourage learning with visual, auditory and kinaesthetic senses and focus on how the participants learn while conducting the training. The ultimate goal is to support the participants to acquire the skill in order to achieve their objectives.
